This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking team that values professional development and is dedicated to creating meaningful success in the retail property space.Your RoleAs the National Leasing Manager, you'll drive the property leasing strategy, ensuring annual targets and budgets are met.
You will work amongst a collaborative team to deliver results.
Your responsibilities include: Developing property network strategies across diverse retail channels (shopping centres, CBDs, drive-thru locations, airports, retail strips, hospitals, and universities).Negotiating new leases, lease renewals, and securing lease concessions/abatements.Identifying new store locations and supporting the drive-thru model and international market expansion.Collaborating with teams to optimise store fit-out costs and leasing efficiencies.Building strong relationships with landlords, franchise partners, and stakeholders.Your AdvantageBring your expertise to a role that values innovation, collaboration, and strategic leadership.
