Currently, they are growing their network and are searching for a National Leasing Manager with retailer side experience and drive-thru leasing experience as an added bonus to join their team.The Role:As the National Leasing Manager, your responsibilities will include:Strategy & Planning - short & long term planning for new & existing storesSource, negotiate and finalise new site locationsWorking closely with the operations team on ensuring fitout and store openings are effectiveTravelling interstate and NZ to Retail locationsRelationship ManagementManage and lead the leasing teamAnnual budgets and targets setNegotiate new lease terms for desirable locationsNegotiate lease renewalsEnsure timely and accurate documentation and record keepingDirect reports - Leasing Executive and Lease AdministratorThe Candidate:5+ years experience in Retail Leasing or for a Retailer group or ownerBusiness, planning and financial skills, including the ability to develop budgets and manage resources.Highly developed management and leadership skillsExcellent communication, influencing and negotiation skillsExposure to the retail management and development environment.Knowledge of the property market including an understanding of the issues that exist for both Landlords and Tenants.Understanding of the franchising industry and the Code of ConductExcel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint competent.Apply Now to Tiffany Jolly on or All applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
