As the primary point of contact for qualified Novated Lease leads, you will have the opportunity to showcase your product knowledge and educate customers on the incredible benefits of leasing.
Your expertise will be instrumental in converting leads into successful vehicle deliveries.ResponsibilitiesNurturing Novated Leasing opportunities by educating customers on the advantages and benefits of the Novated Lease productMeet and exceed individual and team targetsBuild and maintain strong relationships across all stakeholders (internal and external)Preparation of Novated Lease quotes including the ability to clearly articulate how they work and customer benefitsAssist with operational activities including credit applications and vehicle procurementManage your customer portfolio whilst maintaining a healthy pipeline of leadsProvide exceptional customer service in line with our company guidelinesEnsure compliance and consistent application of policies, procedures, and legislationAbility to work and contribute in a change environmentActive participation in team/business meetings and eventsMaintain and grow customer portfolios with new sales and retention strategiesYour skills and experienceTo excel in this role, you must be performance-drivenExperience in a sales or customer service role (Novated Leasing or Salary Packaging experience is an advantage but not essential)Experience working in a fast-paced, customer service-centric environment.Track record of maintaining and exceeding targets.Exceptional time management skills and ability to multi-task and manage priorities.Customer-focused with a strong emphasis on providing favourable outcomes for both the customer and the businessHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailAbility to clearly articulate ideas, utilising very good communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.Why should you join SalaryPackagingPLUS?At SalaryPackagingPLUS, we offer more than just a job.
