If so, we invite you to bring your leadership and management skills to drive transformative change as part of our senior leadership team to our Allansford site – 15 minutes from Warrnambool on the Great Ocean Road where you can explore beaches and all that is on offer.
We will assist you with a Relocation Package for this role. About the Role: As a hands-on Reliability Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations.
You will lead a dedicated team, implementing strategies that enhance reliability and efficiency, ultimately contributing to our success.
Your role will be pivotal in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Strategies: Create robust reliability strategies to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency. Lead and Inspire: Coach and motivate your team to embrace operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Data Analysis: Analyse equipment performance data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for enhancement. Drive Continuous Improvement: Initiate projects aimed at reducing downtime, optimizing maintenance practices, and enhancing overall plant reliability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality, and safety teams to ensure seamless operations and adherence to industry best practices. Budget Management: Prepare and manage departmental budgets and forecasts. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline, or relevant trade qualifications. Experience: Ideally, 10 years of proven experience in the FMCG industry and/or manufacturing sites. Leadership Skills: Strong ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in reliability engineering principles, including root cause analysis, predictive maintenance, and asset management. Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across all organizational levels.
