ABOUT THE COMPANY.
Our client is a leading architecture firm that has made its mark in multi-residential projects.
With a team of around 60 people, they have grown significantly in the last two years and have no plans to slow down.
Their forward-thinking approach and creative culture offer a perfect environment for an experienced leader ready to make an impact.
DUTIES.
Manage the overall operations of the firm to ensure the successful delivery of multiresidential projects.
Lead and mentor a team of 5 associates and their respective teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Collaborate with directors to set and achieve growth strategies for the company.
Oversee business development efforts to expand the firm's portfolio and client base.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role within the architecture sector.
Strong knowledge of managing teams and delivering large-scale multi-residential projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A strategic thinker with a passion for developing people and driving business growth.
