Alternatively, perhaps you are a seasoned Finance and Mortgage Broking Trainer/Assessor looking to work in a more dynamic work environment with career advancement potential?This is your chance to pass on your skills, knowledge and experience gained from working within the Finance and Mortgage Broking Industry to our students across Australia that are entering or advancing their career.ResponsibilitiesOur Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking programs are innovative, flexible and student-centred.Working with a team of energetic, adaptable individuals, your duties include:Providing theory and practical Training and Assessment to Learners through classroom and virtual workshops.Supporting a range of online learners, mentoring them through the qualifications they are undertaking.Mentoring your own cohort of Trainees through to completion of their Certificate IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking.Assessing a range of students using a variety of methods to determine whether they reach competency criteria.Developing strong relationships with students and their employers to ensure Entry Education is always the training provider of choice.Using your administrative and organisational skills to prepare your online workshops; communicate with students and employers; mark assessments; and maintain the student database.Courseware DevelopmentFor the right candidate, there is also the potential to utilise prior skills and experience in developing training resources, adding value to a range of projects with key clients.Skills and ExperienceHold current Finance and Mortgage Broking Qualifications.Hold a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or be willing to undertake the course with our support.Solid, current industry experience in the Finance & Mortgage Broking sector.Prior experience as a Trainer/Assessor or knowledge of the Vocational Education and Training system is beneficial.Valid or ability to hold Working with Children's Check.A fantastic communicator; diligent and highly organised.Tech savvy – Comfortable with MS Office Suite.
