Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products / solutions that addresses customer's pain pointsIdentifying customer needs and optimising opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launchesDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAbout the Requirements Successful sales track record in Orthopaedic Shoulder products from a sales or clinical perspective.Strong team orientation, and a long-term, relationship-based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management and prioritisation skillsAbout Arthrex Arthrex is a global medical device company and leader in new product development and medical education in Orthopaedics.
