Pilbara Ports is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to join our Executive Leadership Team.
As the Executive General Manager for Safety, People, and Environment, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our ports, which include Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland, and Varanus Island, along with five future port sites.

Your Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide strategic oversight and leadership across four critical functions: Safety, People, Environment, and First Nations Engagement.
Your responsibilities will include: Enhancing safety frameworks and systems at Pilbara Ports.
Delivering people and culture business partnering services that foster a capable, engaged, and diverse workforce.
Ensuring we create a sustainable future for our customers and protect cultural heritage.
Building strong relationships with Aboriginal communities to support their social and economic wellbeing.
What We're Looking For: We seek a strategic leader with contemporary knowledge of issues in people and culture, safety, and environment functions.
You should have a proven track record of developing and maintaining high-performance teams, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders.
Location: This role offers the flexibility to be based in either our Karratha or Port Hedland office.
