About you We are looking for a Full-time Kiosk Store Manager to join the team in Doncaster and/or Emporium Melbourne.
The roleFantastic salary packageAchieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retailConducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals, and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetingsMotivate and drive your team to achieve performance targetsProactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilizing the appropriate procedures and supportAssist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as requiredRequirementsQualified Makeup Artist or relevant experienceExcellent customer service, communication, and organization skillsExperience in managing a retail teamExcellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspireAbility to multi-task and build relationshipsOpen flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
