This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analysing market trends, and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.Roles and Responsibilities:To develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business objectivesSet sales targets and KPIs for the sales teamConduct market research and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunitiesLead, mentor and motivate the sales team to achieve high performanceConduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedbackDevelop training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the sales teamBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersIdentify and address client needs and concerns to ensure customer satisfactionOversee the development and implementation of customer retention strategiesNegotiate contracts and agreements with clients and suppliersMonitor and manage the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring profitability and complianceDevelop pricing strategies and ensure competitive positioning in the marketPrepare and present sales reports and perform analysis to senior managementWork closely with other departments such as marketing, finance and operations to ensure alignment and support for sales initiativesQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or other related fieldA minimum of 10 years' experience in sales including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience in a managerial role, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate a sales teamIn-depth understanding of Oil and Gas product services and technology desirableSpecific experience with Cementing, Drilling Fluids and LWD/MWD highly desirablePlease apply via this advertisement and upload a detailed resume outlining your qualifications and work experience.Applications are open from 24-Oct-2024 to 23-Nov-2024.Only successful applicants that meet the above criteria will be contacted.SLB is an equal opportunity employer.
