DFR Commercial are experiencing huge growth within their property management department and are now looking for an experienced Property Manager to join our long-standing loyal team by taking care of one of our high-end medium portfolios consisting of private owners.
Our new Property Manager will report to DFR's hands-on Licensee.
They must present themselves in a professional manner at all times.
They will have great communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing optimum results for our clients.
Our Property Manager is responsible for the management and execution of property and leasing services including liaison with landlords, tenants and buyers.
Duties include:
Regular property inspections and preparation of Property Condition ReportsAttend to and resolve maintenance issuesAccurate record keeping and database managementMaintain variable outgoings and arrears managementApproving accounts for paymentPreparation of Annual BudgetsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
At least 2 years experience in Property ManagementYour WA Property Management RegistrationHold a current WA Driver's licenseHave your own registered and reliable motor vehicleBe proficient in Excel, Word and OutlookHave good communication skillsExperience with Cirrus8 highly regarded but not requiredOther real estate software knowledge and experience would be taken into consideration.This is a great opportunity for a Commercial Property Manager to become a key team member here at DFR Commercial.
