Commercial Property Manager

A highly sought after opportunity has presented to work for our boutique agency alongside an experienced team of professionals and closely with a client's Asset Manager.
Our client is a leading landlord and developer with an extensive portfolio of assets through the Commercial, Retail & Hospitality space.
You will be joining a team of experienced property professionals and given exceptional mentorship and training.
Benefits include: Work closely with client on one portfolio.Central City location.Flexible working hours.Attractive salary package plus bonus.Duties will include: Management and execution of property management services with an emphasis on creating positive tenant relationships.Monthly asset reports, reporting and tenancy schedules.Assist with arrears, accruals, invoicing and reporting.Assistance and collaboration with the facilities team.Carrying out inspections.The successful candidate will have: Current Real Estate Agents Representative Certificate or License.At least 1-2 years experience in Commercial Property Management, preferably CBD assets however not essential.A proactive and professional approach with a passion for quality and a desire to achieve exceptional results.Exceptional communication skills with a strong tenant focus and the ability to resolve conflict where necessary.Strong time management and organisational skills.Budgeting/forecasting experience desirable.Ability to manage your days effectively.Please apply to this advert to submit your interest.
