About CCRThe CCR Group, which includes Plus3 International (Malaysia & Hong Kong), is a leading Engineering Commercial Consultancy with a resources arm that provides solutions to the Construction industry, partnering with some of the largest infrastructure projects across APAC.

Our clients are currently reaching out, with a view to securing highly experienced Commercial Manager candidates from the Construction, Engineering, and Utilities market sectors.
This is a rare opportunity to partner on key projects currently in the pipeline on both a National and International Platform.
Responsibilities:Lead a high-performing team of Contract Managers and Contract Administrators, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.Deliver financial success by ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in line with contractual agreements.Oversee the negotiation, drafting, and execution of contracts ensuring compliance with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks.Promptly resolve commercial challenges to safeguard the organisation and maintain strong client relationships.Evaluate and assess commercial performance and apply risk management strategies to protect the organisation.Provide guidance to commercial teams, ensuring a collaborative team that achieves commercial objectives.Skills and Experience:Strong commercial management experience, with proven ability to manage high-value and complex contracts.Demonstrated experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and risk management.Tertiary degree qualified in Engineering, Business or related field (preferred).10+ years' experience on major infrastructure and/or utilities projects.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Why CCR:We are known for collaborative working relationships; our team is our focus.We believe in an autonomous working environment and excellent work-life balance.Ongoing professional development and mentorship are key to you and CCR's success.Strong and achievable performance-based incentive scheme.The team at CCR looks forward to receiving your application
