Your New Role We are looking for a highly-capable finance all-rounder who enjoys working in a small, friendly office environment.
With general direction and supervision from the Management Accountant, the role has primary responsibility for the key financial processing functions of the company, as well as supporting payroll processing and administration.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience with Xero or similar accounting systemsDemonstrated familiarity with all facets of accounts payable and receivable, including data entry, invoicing, general ledger and project coding, payments to suppliers, and supplier/customer reconciliationPayroll processing/administrationGeneral office administration experience and the willingness to complete any tasks that may occur in a small office environmentAccounting, bookkeeping, or other relevant qualifications.The position is based in the PHA office in Canberra and is available on a full-time or part-time (minimum of about 21 hours per week) basis for one year, with the potential for further extension.
The salary range (excluding employer superannuation contributions) is $77,610 to $99,784, depending on skills and experience.
