You will be expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise and deliver software features, review code, and provide feedback to other developers. You will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products and mentoring junior developers.As a Senior Software Engineer, you will develop quality software that is aligned to engineering standards and practices. You'll also facilitate peer reviews and testing standards as well as ensure individual and team compliance with company values, policies and procedures and all applicable external laws and regulations.You will also contribute to creating a team culture that elicits a high-performing team and a fun working environment.
