This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients.As a Supervisor, this role will oversee the operations and performance of our teams on shift. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure effective supervision of the onsite security team. This role requires high-level communication skills as it will see you liaising directly with external and internal stakeholders, maintaining adequate and effective coverage throughout the site and accurate completion of all reports.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Risk identification and issue resolution.Vehicle patrollingCoordinating a Patrol teamResponding to emergency Call outsLiaising with Health and Emergency servicesAsset and client ProtectionWHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Unrestricted Queensland driver's licenceAttention to DetailAbility to commit to Regular evening work.Experience working autonomously.Current Qld Security Licence and First Aid CertificateExperience managing a team (highly desirable)Good level of physical fitnessAbility to work in high-pressure environments.Well-presented and spoken.Full working rightsWilson Security is an employer of choice, engaging with our people both online and in person.
