We are seeking a highly experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of proven experience to join our dynamic marketing team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leads.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns to promote brand visibility and increase customer engagement across various platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
Create and curate engaging content, including text, image, and video, tailored to each social media platform.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure alignment of social media strategies with overall marketing objectives.
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and implement innovative strategies to drive results.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
Proven 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and measurable results.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
