DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCreate high performance marketing strategies and campaigns for clientsManage task prioritisation for projects and campaignsProvide quality and thorough briefs to creative and operation teamsMarketing data analysis and client report creationDemonstrate creative judgement and have the confidence and articulation to explain it to clients and the creative teamSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTSRequired SkillsBe able to develop a quality marketing strategy for clientsStrong task management, project management and ongoing client service skillsRelationship management skills between clients and internal team membersComprehensive knowledge of marketing channels including Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, and WebsitesA growth mindset – for Oddball to improve, so must the teamHighly Desired Skills & QualificationsBachelor Degree in Marketing or related fieldsProven industry experience in a digital marketing account manager role (or similar)Exceptional task prioritisation, communication and decision making skillsAbility to operate autonomously, as well as within a team environmentAn unquenchable thirst for new knowledge and skillsWHAT WE OFFER:A great salary based on your experienceA dynamic workplace with colleagues who like to challenge themselvesA comfortable office environment with good conversationTeam bonding events and activitiesA fast growing business with opportunities for growth and skill developmentA mix of experience levels where you will have the opportunity to learn and to teachWork locally in West Gosford, Central CoastHOW TO APPLYIf you meet the above requirements and you have current working rights in Australia, apply now.
