You know the value of coaching.You absolutely need to want to growYou demand excellence of yourself and thrive on feedback.You are energised and create energy.You are results-focused and drive yourself to get the best results.You are a lightning fast learner.You're highly resilient and adaptable.This role is a full-time position that reports directly to the head of Marketing, while also working closely with other key members of the team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe Client Account Manager will work closely with our coaching team to ensure our clients are engaged and getting results in our program.
You will plan, schedule, implement and evaluate campaigns with the aim of driving more engagement with our clients.
In addition to this, you will be responsible for:Drive client success through regular interaction and engagement online.Liaise with our videographers, copy writers, and graphic designers to execute community content.Manage escalation of client concerns, liaising with relevant internal teams in the resolution of escalated incidents/issues.Support our coaches to deliver world-class content for our clients.Ensure our content in our members portal is up to date.Assist with our local and international marketing events we host for our clients.Work with our internal team to complete client requests.Increase attendance to our coaching sessions.Content and Content management.Ensure we have new client case studies coming through from clients on a weekly basis.Here's what you'll get when you join the Practice Acceleration Team:Over $15,000 in Annual Marketing & Coaching Training - We are obsessed with personal and professional development.
