Reporting to the digiMarket (digiDirect Marketplace) Division Manager, we are looking for a Seller Account Manager who will lead and manage the onboarding and growth of sellers on digiDirect's Marketplace platform, digiMarket.
This person will work closely with other internal teams to drive the growth of sellers and their assortment in the Marketplace.
About the Role Lead in working with our 3rd party sellers to integrate into our Marketplace platform successfully and onboard their products correctly and efficiently.Manage seller relationships and drive platform growth opportunities, including marketing and merchandising programs to drive sales.Support and troubleshoot seller inquiries on a day-to-day basis including product listing, order management and fulfilment.Collaborate and develop repeatable training materials and collateral to support sellers and their growth opportunities as well as other internal team members to maximise scalability.Review seller performance metrics and coach sellers on improvements in line with digiDirect requirements and SLAs.Support in business development activities and partnership activations, including prospecting, pitching and closing new sellers.Identify process and operational improvements and partner with internal teams (Product, etc) to implement solutions accordingly.Analyse Seller Data to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable strategies and marketing opportunities.Stay up to date on marketplace trends and best practices to ensure our sellers are leveraging the latest opportunities.About You Three years experience in one or more of the following areas: sales, business development, account management, marketing, operations;Experience in e-commerce in a customer-facing role and marketplace knowledge preferred;Passionate about building strong long-lasting partner relationships;Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities;Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;Experience with working with onshore/offshore teams preferred.Please apply if this sounds like you and you wish to further your career in a future-facing role at a forward-thinking company.
