Join Amazon's Existing Seller Management (ESM) team as an Account Manager in Consumer Electronics and become a key player in Australia's digital marketplace evolution.
In this dynamic role, you'll partner with diverse Selling Partners, from established Australian brands to innovative small and medium-sized businesses, helping them maximize their success on our platform.
As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage Amazon's cutting-edge tools to help businesses expand their customer base and increase sales.

Key job responsibilities
Nurture relationships with our established Selling Partners in the Consumer Electronics category, fostering growth across multiple categories including Personal Computers, Home Entertainment and Mobile electronicsBuild and grow relationships with a wide range of businesses, stakeholders and decision makers, from major Australian brands and retailers to Family-owned SMBs and StartupsCollaborate with Product and Program teams to support Selling Partner education and adoption of Amazon services such as Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) and Sponsored AdvertisingDevelop expertise in your category using internal and industry data to understand the competitive landscape, identify customer behaviours, trends and new opportunitiesRelay Selling Partner needs and requirements back to internal Amazon teams to help improve both Seller and Customer ExperienceA day in the life
Your core responsibility will be to manage Selling Partners in the Consumer Electronics category.
You'll work to accelerate and grow these businesses, helping them adopt Amazon tools and services to reach more customers.
While the role will be primarily phone and email-based, you have flexibility in how you manage your accounts and achieve your goals.
You'll also have the opportunity to take on additional projects according to your strengths, interests, and the needs of the business.

The Consumer Electronics team is part of the broader third-party marketplace business.
We are a high-impact team managing some of the largest and most complex Selling Partners and Programs.
We come from diverse professional, educational, and cultural backgrounds, united by our passion for customer experience and the success of our selling partners
We value hard work, but we also enjoy taking time to celebrate major milestones and achievements.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: - 2+ years of professional or military experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applicationsExperience prospecting, qualifying, and cold-calling companiesExperience within e-commerce or Retail fieldsExperience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM toolsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and track record of exceeding sales goalsKnowledge of SQLKnowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.Speak, write, and read fluently in MandarinAcknowledgement of country:
