We are looking for someone super-efficient, who anticipates needs and loves to get things done. We'd love to work with you if you're great at prioritizing, juggling projects, working with diverse stakeholders, and keeping calm under pressure.This Philippines campus has grown to 900 team members, managing a vast array of shifting priorities and challenges, including:Coordinating across multiple teams to achieve country and company-wide goalsNavigating chaos to clarity while leading specific country goalsForecasting, planning, and managing significant budgetsCollaborating with established and newly formed teamsBalancing immediate tactical needs with longer-term strategiesBy its very nature, the Leadership Ops Partner role evolves as the business evolves. Anyone coming into this role should be prepared to work in an evolving environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to juggle multiple competing priorities. The role focuses on:Strategic Partner: Act as a key partner to the Country Manager, providing strategic input and driving progress.Driving Country Performance: Spotting opportunities and designing an elevated Future State.Goal Ownership and Problem Solving: Taking responsibility for key country goals and initiatives.Prioritization and Triaging: Acting as the primary gateway for requests and priorities.Project Management and Execution: Driving key initiatives and managing cross-functional projects.Day-to-Day Operations: Managing the Country Manager's calendar and day-to-day operations.Coaching and Team Development: Leading and coaching the Country Operations team.Review and Feedback: Taking ownership of preliminary reviews and feedback on key documents.Canva Values and Collaboration: Fostering clear communication and collaborating effectively.Be a Real People Person: Building strong relationships with key stakeholders.You're probably a match if:You have 7+ years of experience leading strategy, planning, or operations within HR/People, Strategy, and Business spaces.You're self-motivated with a desire to constantly learn and grow.You have a strong bias for action, striving to move initiatives forward.You have great visual communication and design skills.You thrive on communicating cross-functionally and managing complex projects.About the teamThis opportunity sits within the People Supergroup and will partner with our Country Manager to extend their reach and capacity.What's in it for you?Achieving our crazy big goals motivates us to work hard, but you'll also experience moments of magic and fun at Canva.
