Business Banking Manager

As a Business Banking Manager, your role will be pivotal in helping Australian businesses prosper. You will build strong relationships with our business customers, acting as their trusted advisor. Your deep understanding of their needs will enable you to provide tailored advice and solutions. Collaborating with internal partners, you'll deliver specialised solutions that meet both the business and personal needs of our customers.In this role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of diverse small to medium business clients, as well as identify new business opportunities via brokers and referral partners.Key responsibilities:Managing a portfolio of diverse clientsEstablishing and developing long term relationshipsCompleting commercial and residential lendingIdentifying new business development opportunitiesAt least 3 years in a similar role in bankingPrevious experience writing commercial banking credit and structuring dealsStrong relationship management and business development skillsProven experience managing a portfolio of diverse banking clientsThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Business Banking Manager to join a leading bank, where you will receive an attractive salary package, bonus and flexible work arrangements.Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.To apply please click apply or call Tiffiny Argyropoulos on 03 8628 2*** for a confidential discussion.
