Being part of our team means that we'll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empowering you to make healthy decisions and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future.In this role, you are expected to:The Head of Treasury & Trade Solutions Operations is a senior management level position responsible for accomplishing results through the oversight of a team in support of clients in cash account management, funds movement, intra-day funds management, and compliance in coordination with the Operations - Transaction Services team.
The objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of high-volume cash management and transaction services.
Actively engage with TTS business, coverage, and other functions to provide strategic direction from a TTS Operations perspective.
This includes prioritizing technology innovation and maintaining a strong focus on the delivery of high-quality operations support & customer services.The Head of CitiService FI Premium Service Manager is responsible for a team of FI Premium Service Managers in Australia & New Zealand, reporting directly to the CitiService Global FI Premium Head. The TTS Financial Institutions Premium Service Manager utilizes their subject matter and industry expertise to develop, offer & maintain superior client experience.Responsibilities of the FI Premium Service Manager:Drive seamless delivery of customer service support to external clients.Develop & maintain relationships with Sales and Client Executive teams within the region.Drive consistency in Service delivery to meet global standards.Responsible for a portfolio of top clients acting as their advocate and owning the client experience relationship.Strengthen client relationships and ensure the delivery of market-differentiating service.Establish and track operational metrics and service level requirements to achieve business goals.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made.Responsibilities of the Head of TTS Operations:Oversee the Cash and Trade Operations/Transaction Services team.Resolve complex issues with substantial impact.Champion digitization initiatives.Ensure service delivery meets SLA requirements.Keep abreast of Regulatory and Industry changes and plan accordingly.As a successful candidate, you would ideally have the following skills and exposure:10+ years of experience in a related role.Good negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in trade/cash operations and management in a banking industry.Robust strategic leadership and people management skills.Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication.Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
