Associate Director Of Global Markets Sales

Associate Director of Global Markets Sales - Treasury, Bank of China SydneyAs the business continues to expand, an exciting new opportunity has become available with Bank of China Sydney Branch.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Associate Director of Global Markets Sales, with in-depth knowledge of FX and Interest Rates Derivatives and sales experience to join our Treasury Department.
This is a Two Years Maximum Term contract role, subject to review for an ongoing position after the contract period.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Manage and grow client base by building a pipeline of clients through prospecting, relationship management, referrals, and cross-selling.Drive sales of the bank's financial products, ensuring alignment with clients' objectives and market conditions.Build strong rapport across different departments in the Branch and with Head Office, and work closely with trading desks to maintain excellent deal execution.Work with offshore debt syndicate and trading/sales team to meet sales targets.Ideally, the successful candidate will possess the following:
Minimum 5 years' experience in global market sales with a successful track record.Experience in credit sales on the sell-side.Experience in managing deals at different stages of the sales cycle.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Language skills in English and Mandarin preferred.To be eligible to apply for this position, you must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
