Senior Consultant Position at RINA
RINA is currently seeking a Senior Consultant to join our teams in Sydney (Manly) or Melbourne (City), or to assist in establishing new teams in Brisbane or Perth. As a global engineering firm, RINA specializes in providing consulting engineering services for the renewable energy sector.
We offer a comprehensive range of services to investors, lenders, developers, and asset owners, covering:
Wind energy (on-shore and off-shore)
Photovoltaic solar
Energy storage technologies
The Senior Consultant role will focus on delivering services within the renewable energy sector, serving as either an Owner's Engineer or Independent Engineer. Responsibilities may include:
Conducting feasibility studies
Project design
Project development services
Technical due diligence
Construction monitoring
Acceptance testing
Performance and operational services
Participation in winning and delivering new projects worldwide
The successful candidate should possess the following:
Relevant degree(s) in Engineering
Professional engineering qualifications (or working towards registered engineer, chartered status)
Relevant industry and project management certifications (preferred)
Excellent communication and technical writing skills
Leadership and work experience in delivering engineering services with an OEM, developer, operator, or consulting firm
Ability to lead, coordinate, and manage the project team across a range of renewable energy projects including solar PV, wind, BESS, and associated infrastructure
Deliver successful consulting assignments in accordance with the client's scope and schedule
