We are seeking a motivated Mechanical Technician / Fitter to ensure plant and equipment is maintained in a safe, responsible and timely manner with the expectation of high standards in workmanship.
The successful candidate will work as part of an efficient and effective maintenance support team who provide competent quality mechanical fitting services at our Chlor-Alkali plant in Lytton.

Identify, plan, manage and execute preventative and corrective maintenance tasks.Be solution oriented, effectively diagnose and solve maintenance and mechanical issues.Ensure work is performed in accordance with work orders, project or management of change documentation, drawings, specification, and procedures.Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner, including daily time cards, work orders, JSEAs, risk assessment and Take 5s.Participate in the development, coaching and mentoring of trainee/apprentice personnel.The successful candidate We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has:
Certificate III Engineering Mechanical tradeHolder of High Risk Work Licence (HRW) issued in QueenslandHolder of current Class C drivers' licence issued in QueenslandIdeally has minimum of 3 years' experience in industrial maintenance and mechanical in either Chemical Manufacturing, Oil & Gas or Mineral Processing, Engineering environment.For the right candidate, this is an exciting opportunity to join a secure, well established and successful business which provides significant career development prospects.
