More About the Role:
This role will suit someone with strong Human Resources experience and has a strong focus on Recruitment and onboarding alongside generalist duties.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and assisting with data entry.
Facilitate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive transition for new team members.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee lifecycle data.
Prepare employment contracts and conditions of employment.
Liaise with depot management regarding staffing levels and facilitate transfers and employment conversions.
Support and liaise with other internal departments on behalf of the HR team such as Finance, Service Delivery and more.
Complete HR reporting and data analysis in line with operational requirements.
Troubleshoot Employee platform systems with users.
Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed.

What We're Looking for in the Successful Candidate:
Demonstrated ability to use initiative and maintain a high degree of confidentiality when dealing with complex matters.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high quality outcomes and meet deadlines.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office - Word, Excel & Outlook.
A strong work ethic and a results-oriented attitude.
Strong verbal communication skills that will allow you to build professional relationships across a diverse workforce.
Exceptional written communication skills.
Very strong attention to detail skills to ensure that all documentation being issued and created is accurate in its representation.
A demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise your workload and manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines.
Be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
Hold a current Unrestricted Australian drivers licence issued by the relevant State.
Highly Regarded:
Certificate IV in Human Resources or relevant field.
