Unyte is a well-established Australian business with over 30 years of experience in the civil construction industry.
Having stuck to our roots in providing wet and dry plant hire solutions to clients across the eastern seaboard since our inception, Unyte has evolved into an all-encompassing, self-performing contractor.
Having forged a legacy in Victoria spanning back decades, we have recently expanded into NSW & QLD to take on the next chapter.
We're a part of the wider Symal Group, a construction company determined to make a meaningful difference.

The Role
As a member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in advancing our growth strategy and in shaping the future of our VIC Operation.
Your Impact
Your leadership will be the cornerstone of our success, enabling us to deliver exceptional projects and exceed client expectations.
Your Every Day
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve organisational goals and objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.Leading and managing the performance of a team of staff, including recruitment, training, and development.Ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.Developing and maintaining a positive company culture and ensuring that staff are motivated and engaged.Monitoring market trends and adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive. Who are you?
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, business administration, or a related field.10+ years' experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in a high-level managerial leadership position in a scaling business.Strong financial management skills including experience developing and managing budgets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients, employees, and other stakeholders.
