Acerca del rol
Como coordinador de Promotoría, trabajarás con diferentes áreas de PayJoy que requieren el servicio de la promotoría, principalmente Carriers y Retailers.
Serás capaz de gestionar el plan Comercial para definir la estrategia adecuada del equipo de promotoría que cubre todo México, con la finalidad de incrementar el volumen de aplicaciones en ventas en las diferentes cuentas asignadas.
Responsabilidades Coordinar y asignar personal de promotoría y diseñar modelos de escalabilidad de acuerdo a cada socio comercial.
Seguimiento a las estrategias generadas por el manager en las diferentes cuentas.
Negociación de participación de promotoría con los socios comerciales, procurando la rentabilidad de la cuenta, la reducción de fraude y cartera vencida.
Colaborar con Riesgo para definir las diferentes promociones de temporada, con la finalidad de atraer nuevos clientes y retener los actuales.
Dar seguimiento a las principales actividades de operación de venta para los Carriers y Retailers.
Dar continuidad a las estrategias generadas por el manager.
Implementar y medir los resultados de varias iniciativas para mejorar el volumen de ventas y la calidad de las mismas.
Requerimientos Carrera: Administración, Ingeniería Industrial o Informáticas, o afín.
Habilidades de Project Management con énfasis en proyectos multifuncionales.
+3 años de experiencia en coordinación de promotores de venta.
Habilidades de comunicación y coordinación para estar en contacto constante con el equipo en campo.
