And, we believe we have the ability (and opportunity) to make our clients and team, happier (we told you, we're not your typical Accountants).We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic Senior Accountant/Associate Client Advisor with 5-7 years' experience to be a foundational part of our expansion in South Australia Ideally, you will have worked with a small portfolio of clients in an advisory capacity and be excited to develop your advisory toolkit through exposure to a portfolio of larger, more complex clients. You will have an awesome Client Advisor to learn from, as you deliver business advisory, as well as complex tax & compliance advice and services to your portfolio. And you will be supported with the technical work by an equally awesome dedicated Senior Accountant.You are:Reliable and accountable – you do what you say you'll do, and your clients and the team can count on you.A people person – you value connection and are understanding and supportive by nature. You show our clients and the team that you genuinely care about them. Every day.Organised - you keep yourself and the team on track, delegating tasks and creating accountability as needed to deliver amazing service.A confident communicator with strong verbal & written skills.A lifelong learner – excited to grow and develop professionally and personally and nurture this in the wider team.Proficient in Accounting packages (Xero, MYOB etc).
