We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Accountant/Manager to join our small, dedicated team, with flexible working arrangements on offer.
We understand that a 'flexible arrangement' will look a little different for everyone, so we are open to working with you to achieve the right balance.

What we offer Relaxed and friendly environmentInclusivity, be a valued member of the teamExposure to all aspects of client work and service deliveryOngoing development and support to undergo training specific to your needs and interestsClient interaction and the ability to build relationshipsModern office based on the city fringe, including car parkingFlexibility and support (we understand life happens)Join in the benefits of our team profit share planAbout the opportunity We are looking for a Senior Accountant wanting support to grow into a manager or a manager wanting to find a new home & new challenge.Provide ongoing support, training & development to junior team membersWorking with and building relationships with clients in a diverse range of industries in the small to medium business spaceAssistance with a variety of advisory projectsAssist the team with compliance work across all entity typesAssist with varied support to clientsThis role can be adapted to suit the skills and experience of the successful candidateWhat you will bring Enjoy working with and helping clients achieve their goalsExperience in public practice in Australia (A Must)Tech-savvyExperience with FYI Docs & Fathom Reporting (desired, not essential)A strong, professional work ethic, with high attention to detailA team player with a strong client focusHave the ability to think outside of the box and a desire to problem-solveDemonstrate initiative and have a proactive approach to managing your workloadDriven, ambitious and eager to learnAn eye for finding improvements, ask and understand whyThis is a full-time position with an attractive salary which will be based on the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
Whilst we are looking for this to be a full-time position, we are open to negotiating for the right candidate.
