About the role: You will be supported by a Centre Manager who has the wellbeing of her educators at the core of everything she does.
Her philosophy centres around creating a warm, welcoming and nurturing environment for both the children and staff.
We are looking for someone who exudes positivity, understands people's quirks, differences, and CELEBRATES THEM
We love being different, we love learning about each other, and we need a very special somebody as our new 2ic to help lead and inspire the team as we begin the second half of 2024.
We are looking for an inspiring educator who has experience in a leadership position.
Early Childhood Qualifications are a must
A Diploma or Bachelor of Education is required.
There will be time spent on the floor with our little humans
The Centre: The Centre is bright and airy, with modern learning spaces filled with state-of-the-art resources and spacious outdoor play areas.
