Company description: The Educational leader is a valuable member of the Centre Leadership Team who works very closely with the Centre Director and Assistant Director; and is heavily involved in centre improvement, including meetings and decision making.

Job description: As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

About Goodstart Semaphore Park * 70 place centre with children ranging from 6 weeks to 6 years of age.
* Part time 30hr per week, 12-month fixed term March 2025 - March 2026 * Close to local schools, and 10 minutes' drive to Port Adeliade Plaza shops * Walking distance to public transport routes, and onsite parking * Positive team culture where the team works well together.
