About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Australian Training Institute ( as a Marketing Manager.
In this full-time role based in our new Albion office, you will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and power student enrolments for our educational services.
What you'll be doing
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans across digital and traditional channels.
Manage the creation and distribution of engaging content, including Google/Meta ads, website updates, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
Oversee SEO and SEM efforts to improve online visibility and drive qualified traffic.
Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing activities with business objectives and generate qualified leads.
Analyse campaign performance and customer insights to continually optimise marketing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget and resources effectively to achieve the best return on investment.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital and search marketing.
What we're looking for
Significant experience (5+ years) in a similar marketing role, ideally within the education or professional training sector.
Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, including Google/Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation.
Excellent analytical and data-driven skills to measure and optimise marketing campaigns.
Strong project management and organisational abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A customer-centric mindset and the ability to understand and meet the needs of our target audience.
Experience with systems including ZohoCRM Plus, Microsoft, Google/Meta Platforms, and WordPress/Divi.
