Location : Brisbane, QLD Type : Full-Time, Permanent Role Objective The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in positioning Centacare's offerings and engaging key audiences.
Collaborating closely with the General Manager of Marketing and Engagement and the Manager of Digital Strategy, you will help craft impactful marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our mission.
Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy Development: Contribute to and implement an overarching Marketing and Engagement framework.
Champion the Centacare brand, ensuring alignment across all communication channels.
Innovate integrated marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audience segments.
Project and Team Management: Collaborate with service leaders to develop best practices for marketing initiatives.
Lead project plans, ensuring timely delivery of marketing activities.
Monitor and report on marketing effectiveness, showcasing the value of initiatives.
Content Creation and Communication: Develop and oversee content plans for various channels, ensuring compelling messaging.
Prepare media materials and presentations aligned with strategic goals.
Guide the production of engaging digital and print content.
Community Relations and Event Management: Design strategic plans for community engagement and event management.
Foster partnerships to enhance outreach and participation.
Stakeholder Management: Build effective relationships with internal leadership and external partners.
Provide strategic advice to enhance stakeholder relations and advocacy efforts.
Desirable Qualities: Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex relationships.
Strategic thinker with a big-picture perspective and willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
A mentor at heart, with a deep appreciation for Centacare's narrative and mission.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce varied content.
Personal Qualifications/Attributes: Relevant bachelor's degree and substantial experience in marketing roles.
Demonstrated ability to synthesize data and develop effective strategies.
Commitment to Catholic Social Teaching principles and a mission-driven approach.
Flexibility and professionalism in a fast-paced team environment.
A proactive problem solver, dedicated to fostering a positive team atmosphere.
Performance Assessment Your performance will be evaluated based on feedback from the General Manager of Marketing and Engagement and internal client satisfaction, alongside your ability to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
