They have built and maintained a first class Property Management team, who enjoy a vibrant, collaborative team environment and excellent onboarding, training and support.
Due to growth, we are seeking a confident and experienced Senior Property Manager to join the professional team, and benefit from this exciting leadership opportunity.
The Position:This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position based at one of the company's luxury apartment complexes in South Brisbane.
This person will play a pinnacle role in the day-to-day running of the small team, rental portfolio and building.
The role will encompass a wide variety of tasks including:
Work within a small team to ensure the smooth running of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 150 luxury apartmentsAttend to relevant Building Management duties, including liaising with Contractors and the Body Corporate CommitteeEnsure the building is always kept in pristine condition, managing and engaging the services of tradespeopleUse of Property Me softwareNo Trust Accounting requiredMonday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (1 hour lunch break)The ideal Candidate:Must have a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Senior Property ManagerMust have a QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full Real Estate LicenseTo Apply:Don't hesitate - click "Apply" now with an updated CV in word format.
