We are actively looking for someone wanting to join our team as a Coverage Property Manager.
This is the perfect role for someone who's looking to work flexible hours and wants to grow their career in Property Management.
Roles and Responsibilities: A combination of Senior Property Manager and Out-Of-Office rolesAssist Senior Property Managers in overseeing and managing portfoliosCommunicate and attend to Landlord requests promptlyEntry and Exit Condition ReportsRoutine InspectionsFlexible Work Hours from Monday to Friday between 9am - 3pmQualifications and Experience: A passion for Property ManagementGenuine care for clients and wanting to make a positive impactWith excellent communication skills, you are naturally motivated by building strong relationships with our clientsClient-focused and results-driven, you are confident and skilled in interacting with clients and team members of varying demographicsHigh level of attention to detail and excellent time management skillsEnjoys working in a fast-paced environmentVibrant personality with high energyYou have full Australian working rights as sponsorship will not be offered for this role.Valid Driver's License and CarAs a Coverage Property Manager, you are provided: Work Car For Use or Car Allowance where requiredFlexible Work HoursAccounts Team and Admin SupportOpportunity for Career GrowthAs a Coverage Property Manager, you will enjoy working on flexible hours with support, training, and development from our Leadership Team, a car allowance where required, earning potential with commissions, and the opportunity to be part of one of the fastest-growing brands in South-East Queensland.
