Your responsibilities will include:Evaluating and analysing medical evidenceDetermining policy coverageAssessing financial information to make informed decisions on claim outcomesYour work will be essential in providing empathetic and efficient service to our members when they need us most.What You'll Learn:The basics of life insurance and its different typesHow customers can obtain life insuranceThe legislation behind life insurance policies and assessment timeframesHow to assess life insurance claimsMedical terminology and conditions to assist in claim assessmentsDaily Responsibilities:Manage a portfolio of life insurance claims from start to finish with the support of our team of specialist claims expertsAssess, analyse, calculate, and finalise claims paymentsCollaborate with health and medical industry specialistsProvide exceptional customer service and ensure complianceParticipate in case conferences and peer discussionsWho We're Looking For:We're seeking individuals for our teams in Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane with transferable skills and a desire for a rewarding career in Life Insurance.
