The Opportunity:This Senior Reliability Engineer role offers a unique chance to lead a dynamic team and influence key engineering initiatives.
Reporting to the National Engineering Manager – Customer Support, you will work across all engineering disciplines, continuous improvement initiatives, Information and Communications Technology (ICT), and key account customers, leveraging Komatsu's cutting-edge systems.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 2 to 4 engineers, bringing leadership experience and expertise in heavy mobile equipment.
The focus will be on enhancing machine performance and productivity, improving machine availability and reliability, driving continuous improvement, and managing component reliability and lifespan.
