We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong visual sense, an eye for detail, and a passion for design.
You will work closely with our marketing, product, and creative teams to create compelling visuals that align with our brand and communicate our message effectively.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities: Design Creation: Develop and produce high-quality graphics for a variety of media including digital ads, social media, websites, print materials, and promotional items.Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.Collaborative Work: Work closely with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions.Concept Development: Create and present design concepts, mockups, and prototypes to stakeholders for feedback and approval.Revisions: Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as needed to meet project objectives and deadlines.Trends and Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to enhance our visual communications.File Management: Prepare and manage design files for production and distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality.Requirements:Skills:Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
).Experience with web design and understanding of web and mobile design principles.Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with motion graphics and video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.Knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with website builders.Designation: Associate
