As the Assistant Director at Goodstart Kamba, you will use your experience and leadership qualities to engage and motivate your centre team to drive continuous improvement in all aspects across centre operation. You will work in collaboration with your centre leadership team and establish respectful and reciprocal relationships with families and engage in networks within the centre's local community.

Our centre can cater to up to 90 children each day, and our Assistant Director will be leading one of the nursery rooms alongside our long-standing educators. This is an excellent opportunity to lead our centre team and support the wonderful community we serve.
