As an Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor, you will:
Report directly to the Construction Manager.Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs for insurance projects.Use our cutting-edge technology to meet and exceed KPIs.Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and effectively resolving issues.Earn a competitive salary package, including a vehicle, fuel card, tablet, phone, uniform, and industry-specific tools.What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
Trade Qualified: Preferably in carpentry.Experienced: Previous experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred).Knowledgeable: Familiar with the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using repair management systems, mobile devices, and the Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude for quickly learning new systems.Detail-Oriented: Skilled in creating, reading, and interpreting scopes of work.Organised: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.Proactive: Thrives in a KPI-driven team environment with a strong commitment to safety.Bonus Skills
Experience with the insurance industry, particularly in water claim management, is advantageous but not essential.
