The Role
As an Insurance Building Estimator/Supervisor , you will:
Report directly to the Construction Manager.
Estimate, schedule, and supervise trades and repairs for insurance projects.
Use our cutting-edge technology to meet and exceed KPIs.
Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships and effectively resolving issues.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is:
Trade Qualified: Preferably in carpentry.
Experienced: Previous experience in estimating, scheduling, and supervising trades and repairs (insurance-related preferred).
Knowledgeable: Familiar with the National Construction Code, Building Regulations, and Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using repair management systems, mobile devices, and the Microsoft Office suite, with an aptitude for quickly learning new systems.
Detail-Oriented: Skilled in creating, reading, and interpreting scopes of work.
Organised: Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
Proactive: Thrives in a KPI-driven team environment with a strong commitment to safety.
Bonus Skills
Experience with the insurance industry, particularly in water claim management, is advantageous but not essential.
