Overview Trading Systems Project Manager / Business Analyst at Susquehanna works directly with developers, technology managers, traders, and business domain experts to help drive large technology projects for one of the core businesses within our firm.
It is a multi-faceted role where you will support Trading Systems projects in a variety of ways – both as a project manager and as a business analyst.
In this role, you coordinate and manage projects from concept to go-live, guiding and supporting teams through the entire project life cycle.

Collaboration: You will partner closely with our Infrastructure, Project Management, and Strategy Developer Teams to deliver and manage scalable and highly performant systems to support trading in the region and globally.
Growth: For many of our roles, we don't expect you to have prior industry experience in proprietary trading or financial services to succeed at Susquehanna International Group.

Role / Responsibilities: Drive the delivery of trading systems projects that cross regions, teams, and domains.Partner with global teams to help deliver projects for the Asian Trading businesses.What we're looking for: Strong knowledge/experience with large and complex trading systems.Strong knowledge of Options or other Derivatives products.Accomplished collaborator who can work across business teams to assess, understand, implement, and provide guidance on requirements.Great communicator who effectively reports on project status to all levels of staff and management regularly to increase project transparency for all participants and stakeholders.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to understand and assess probabilistic outcomes to manage risk.Ability to evaluate project requirements and objectively analyze them to choose appropriate strategies, tools, and/or project management methodologies.Curious with a desire to understand, analyze, diagram, and describe complex distributed systems, processes, and high-level data flows.Flexibility to take on projects at short notice, as well as handle multiple projects with varying deadlines.Able to adapt in a changeable environment and familiar with agile methodologies.Qualification requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering trading systems.Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analysis (BA), Project Management (PM), or BA/PM role in an IT environment with management of SDLC projects.Bachelor's degree or similar experience level in a technical discipline.About SIG: SIG is a global quantitative trading firm founded by a group of friends who share a passion for game theory and probabilistic thinking.
