Our objective is to provide the best working environment for all staff and doctors, which then provides the best experience for our patients.Role Overview:As the Nurse Educator and Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of the MyHealth Academy.
This role combines educational and professional mentorship, clinical governance, and change management to drive excellence in nursing practice and clinical outcomes.
You will support and mentor our growing network of nurses, driving excellence in clinical practice and professional development.What your day will look like:Development of MyHealth Academy: Collaborate in the creation and enhancement of MyHealth Academy's curriculum, focusing on nursing education, clinical governance, and best practices.Educational Leadership: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to nursing staff, ensuring they achieve set goals, KPIs, and professional development objectives.Clinical Governance Support: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical governance policies and procedures to ensure high standards of care and compliance across MyHealth.Change Management: Implement and manage change initiatives related to technology and data-driven practices, ensuring smooth transitions and effective integration within nursing practices.Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management: Leverage your knowledge in health assessments, chronic disease management, and MBS (Medicare Benefits Schedule) to enhance the educational content and support clinical staff.Travel Requirements: Balance your time between clinical settings and head office, with frequent travel across NSW to provide hands-on education and support.Requirements:Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and policy development.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate, mentor, and engage with a diverse nursing team.Proven experience in nursing education, clinical training, or curriculum development.Willingness to travel across NSW and flexibility to work in both office and clinical environments.Why join MyHealth:Innovative business focused on continuous growth, improvement and innovation.Unique company structure offering easy access to leadership team, and little red tape.Relocation assistance for tenured staff.Discounted health insurance.Support Offered:We provide comprehensive support in areas such as finance, payroll, marketing, and administration, allowing you to concentrate on your passion for team building and clinic enhancement.
