Senior Rehabilitation Consultant/Team LeaderFull time Location: Perth WA About Us Prestige Health Services Australia (PHSA) is a national rehabilitation provider delivering best in industry injury management, disability management, and workplace rehabilitation services.
Our mission is to achieve sustainable health, social and return to work outcomes for our clientele through the delivery of innovative workplace, injury management, disability management, and workplace rehabilitation services undertaken by experienced consultants with a focus on quality, integrity, and belief that we can and will achieve outcomes.
The Role PHSA is seeking an experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio) looking for a step up into a Team Leader position.
Within this role, you will undertake a mixture of workplace rehabilitation assessment and case management services alongside Team Leader duties, including supervision, mentoring, and training of team members in PHSA service standard requirements; strategic support to Rehabilitation Consultants to promote continuous improvement and enhancement of quality service delivery; and undertaking set quality functions as per PHSA Quality Assurance Program ensuring best in industry service delivery.
Requirements: Full registration with AHPRA (Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency)Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsMinimum 5 years experience in a workplace rehab settingHave a current driver's licence and motor vehiclePHSA offers flexibility and autonomy in the role with the opportunity for career advancement in combination with a comprehensive induction, training, and mentoring program.
WFH flexibility when not travelling for appointments.
