What will I be doing?
In your role as Commis Chef, you will utilise your creative flair and passion for food to ensure high quality food.
You will work with the team and manage your time and workspace accordingly, in order to prepare the daily required food for various culinary operations within the hotel.
Specifically, your role will involve:
Work effectively within the Kitchen team to ensure high food standards and the delivery of an exceptional guest experienceMaintain all HACCP aspects within the hotel operationManage and maintain a clean working environmentEnsure the reduction of food wastageAssist the team with general food preparationEnsure correct handling and storage of all food productsWhat are we looking for? Previous Apprentice chef or Commis chef experienceConfident communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiencesExcellent planning, organisation and time management skillsAbility to work within a teamThe flexibility and availability to work weekends on a rotating rosterWhat will it be like to work for Hilton?
