This is a unique opportunity to lead a national team in managing complex property claims within the Australian market.The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Claims Manager – Property to oversee complex claims and lead a national team of specialists.
This pivotal role will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient, effective, and strategic management of property claims while driving exceptional outcomes for our clients and stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a high-performing national claims team, fostering excellence and professional growth.Oversee the end-to-end management of complex property claims with a focus on quality, accuracy, and timeliness.Develop and implement innovative claims strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, underwriters, legal counsel, and loss adjusters, to deliver optimal outcomes.Monitor and manage claims performance metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organisational standards.Stay abreast of developments in the Australian property market and apply insights to inform decision-making.About YouTo excel in this role, you will bring a combination of technical expertise, leadership capability, and strategic vision.
