Claims Manager

Our client, a dynamic Commercial Agile Insurtech company, is seeking an experienced Claims Manager to join their team.
Reporting to the Head of Claims, this role will involve coaching, managing individual performance, and building strong relationships with brokers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the claims team to meet performance targets.Provide coaching and technical support.Manage individual performance and team dynamics.Identify opportunities for improvement and leverage technology.Report on claims service delivery metrics.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience managing claims teams, particularly in property insurance.
We are looking for an enthusiastic leader who can drive change and achieve optimal outcomes for clients while fostering continuous innovation.
